NAR’s Green Designation and Residential Elective Course

Congratulations to all the Windermere Capital Group agents who recently completed the NAR’s Green Designation Core Course and Residential Elective.  The Green Designation Core Course provides agents a broad understanding of green real estate principles; such as smart growth, sustainability, and evaluation standards.  The Residential Elective Course goes into more detail and provides a better knowledge of green building principles applied to residences.
